Kara Zeytincilik is an olive manufacturer and wholesaler company that has been serving since 1992 in Istanbul. It has 2 processing centers in two cities and a factory shop in Istanbul.
Our annual production & processing and sale of both green and black olives is 5000 tons. During our bussiness journey we have possesed loyal costumers around Macedonia, Poland and Russia.
When the purchasing process is done, there will not be any concern that you will need to carry about the delivery. You will be informed about the transportation way with the best price-performance offer from us by our logistic partners. The following will be our responsibility. We will supply your products, prepare all required documents for customs and transportation and thereby deploy your orders at the given time.
Our service to our partners in the domestic market is being carried by our experienced distribution team. With 2 service vans and 1 truck, we supply the orders to our customers’ warehouses and place their orders in the given place in the warehouse. Thereby, our distribution team supplies our customers’ orders in the given time.
As we supply our products from the biggest olives farms, there are few things we consider. We always make sure the olives to be supplied meets our quality criteria. The smell, the texture, saltiness level, and overall taste are some of the things we consider in the stock-taking process. Our 12 years of expertise in olives has led us to find the correct olives farmers in expected reliability. The olives to be harvested from the large gardens in related gardens are offered to Kara Zeytincilik with priority. This mutual relationship between us and our farmers, helped us to supply the greatest quality to our customers as we support our farmers for the sustainability of this quality.
As the olives are being checked by our component workers by 5 senses, the next step is to be checked in the food laboratory. Thereby, we make sure our olives meet the TSE-ISO-HELAL standards. In this speclabing process, all food dimensions are being analyzed and confirmed by the food engineers of the spec laboratory company. Only then, we put our products into our stocks.
