Olive is our area of expertise, it is what we deal with every day, and is tightly interwoven with our lifestyle not just as a manufacturer, but personally, as our passion. For that reason, we pay close attention to the quality of our core product—olive.
Kara Olive Products (Kara Zeytincilik), founded in 1989, is a company focused on manufacturing and supplying olive and olive-derived products to both domestic and foreign markets. At Kara Zeytincik we supply a variety of establishments including retailers, cash and carry spots, wholesalers, charcuteries, catering companies, chain supermarkets, gross markets, local grocery stores, export-import merchants, and bazaar stalls.
Our supply to foreign market procedure is being carried out following certain steps;
1. Purchase confirmation
2. Preparation/Production
3. Packing & Loading
4. Transportation via seaway, roadway or multimodal transportation, if necessary.
When the purchasing process is done, we are to comply every responsibility for the exportation process. We are to supply the purchased goods, prepare all required documents for customs and transportation and thereby deploy your orders at the agreed time. We are to offer the transportation way with the best price-performance provided by our logistic partners.
Our service to our partners in the domestic market is being held by our experienced distribution team. With 2 service vans and 1 truck, we are to supply the orders to our customers’ warehouses.
As we supply our products from the biggest olive farms, there are a few things that we consider. We always make sure the olives to be supplied meet our quality criteria. The smell, the texture, saltiness level, and overall taste are some of the things we consider in the stock-taking process. Our more than a decade of expertise in olives has led us to find the correct olive farmers in expected reliability. The olives to be harvested from the large gardens are offered to Kara Zeytincilik with priority. This mutual relationship between us and our farmers helps us to supply the greatest quality to our customers as we cooperate with our farmers for the sustainability of this quality.
As the freshly harvested olives are being checked by our qualified workers by 5 senses, the next step is to be checked in the food laboratory. Thereby, we make sure our olives meet the TSE-ISO-HALAL standards. In this spec-labing process, all food dimensions are being analyzed and confirmed by the food engineers of the spec laboratory company. Only then, we put our products into our stocks.
Our olives apply to all olive lovers’ taste buds. This is our priority. As an olive supplier to various countries and, of course, the domestic market, we make sure the taste of our olives will be appreciated by all olive lovers around the world.
